1 Sébastien Loeb/Daniel Elena (Citroen DS3 WRC)
´Maybe Mikko was sleeping yesterday but now he is wide awake and doing some very good times.´

2 Mikko Hirvonen/Jarmo Lehtinen (Citroen DS3 WRC)
´I was a little bit worried yesterday when I saw Seb´s pace, but today its OK and I can fully push. I adapted my setup. It´s just fine-tuning the details but it´s important to have 100% confidence.´

3 Jari-Matti Latvala/Miikka Anttila (Ford Fiesta RS WRC)
´This setup I have is better in soft conditions but not so good in jumps. Now I go back to my original setup from NZ and just relax and concentrate on the driving. I have great respect for Loeb - he is getting stronger and stronger in Finland. Now I am overdriving in the medium fast corners. I attack too much and kill the speed.´

4 Petter Solberg/Chris Patterson (Ford Fiesta RS WRC)
´No problems. I am on the same dampers as Jari-Matti, but he will change and I will stay with these.´

5 Ott Tänak/Kuldar Sikk (Ford Fiesta RS WRC)
´Today my starting position is not ideal. I could also improve the setups .´

6 Evgeny Novikov/Denis Giraudet (Ford Fiesta RS WRC)
He had rolled twice at high speed on 6th gear. They are hoping to be able to fix it and restart. The co-driver has a pain in the back due to a jump in Urria.

7 Chris Atkinson/Stephane Prevot (Citroen DS3 WRC)
´Sometimes I get good splits like Seb but sometimes not at all. I´ll get back to yesterday´s setup, especially with the springs.´

8 Thierry Neuville/Nicolas Gilsoul (Citroen DS3 WRC)
´Everybody tells me I keep a high rhythm. I am surprised and am taking no unnecessary risks. I just feel comfortable with the DS3.´

10 Mads Östberg/Jonas Andersson (Ford Fiesta RS WRC)
´Some parts of the pacenotes don´t describe well enough where to place the car. The pacenotes are from 2010 and they are not good enough for the speed we are doing now. I am trying to correct them now, but the car is really good and I think we are doing quite a good job too. We are still in contact with the factory Fords, which is what we wanted to do and we haven´t had any big moments.´

12 Armindo Araújo/Miguel Ramalho (Mini John Cooper Works WRC)
´Not good for me. I can´t get any confidence so the speed is not there.´

14 Paulo Nobre/Edu Paula (Mini John Cooper Works WRC)
´At least today we have more stages and less road sections than yesterday so it´s more fun.´

15 Martin Prokop/Zdenek Hruza (Ford Fiesta RS WRC)
´I have a better feeling than yesterday. It´s easier now. The road surface is softer so I will have to harden the suspension for the rest of the day.´

17 Jari Ketomaa/Mika Stenberg (Ford Fiesta RS WRC)
´We changed the setup for today and it was much better on the first two stages. I´ll keep it like this for the rest of the rally.´

19 Sebastian Lindholm/Timo Hantunen (Ford Fiesta RS WRC)
´We are improving all the time. I am still sweeping the road but I´m enjoying it anyway. Being first or third doesn´t change a lot.´

20 Sebastien Ogier/Julien Ingrassia (Skoda Fabia S2000)
´The setup is not perfect; I haven´t felt at ease. Lappi makes this interesting. Every year there seems to be a fast Finnish newcomer like him.´

21 Andreas Mikkelsen/Ola Floene (Skoda Fabia S2000)
´I changed the shocks´ setups and now it feels like the Fabia S2000 I drive in the IRC series. We had a problem with the battery on the road section.´

32 Craig Breen/Paul Nagle (Ford Fiesta S2000)
Paul : ´A very good time on the last stage, a lot closer I thought he would be. It takes a lot of courage and character to come to such a fast rally after that terrible accident. I am just trying to give him as much support as I can.´

Craig: ´No risk at all. I take it easy, very steady.´

36 Yazeed Al Rajhi/Michael Orr (Ford Fiesta RRC)
´It´s very difficult when you discover the roads of Finland. I don´t know how Neuville can be so fast. He is really a big boy.´

51 Jarkko Nikara/Petri Nikara (Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX)
´I had to be careful and slow down in a fast corner. Our aim to catch the top cars in our group now that yesterday´s problems are over.´

52 Jukka Ketomäki/Kai Risberg (Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X)
´Our power steering stopped working on SS4. We added some engine oil into it (!) and it started working again.´

64 Kees Burger/Miika Teiskonen (Subaru Impreza WRX Sti)
´I am having a better day than yesterday and I am gaining confidence.´

65 Jukka Korhonen/Mikael Korhonen (Ford Fiesta R2)
´I´m not completely satisfied with our morning. We have had some problems with the rhythm of the pacenotes.´

67 Frank Tore Larsen/Torstein Eriksen (Ford Fiesta R2)
´SS4 and SS5 were difficult. Especially SS5 was rough in places.´

98 Joonas Lindroos/Pasi Kilpeläinen (Citroen C2 R2)
Lindroos is leading class 6. ´It has been a consistent morning and we´ve kept up a good speed. I´m trying to keep my lead now.´

102 Jose Antonio Suarez/Candido Carrera (Ford Fiesta R2)
´I am having a better day than yesterday and I need to keep this good feeling.´

106 Brendan Reeves/Rhianon Smyth (Ford Fiesta R2)
´We keep pushing and I think we are now second in the Academy. We´ll try to keep this place.´

107 Timo van der Marel/Erwin Berkhof (Ford Fiesta R2)
´We had no intercom on SS4. Here we are in Finland. The roads are very enjoyable and I´m smiling all the way.´

108 John MacCrone/Stuart Loudon (Ford Fiesta R2)
´I am driving cautiously and building up confidence in my pacenotes. We are not flying as much as expected. You need expertise to go quickly here.´

109 Elfyn Evans/Philip Pugh (Ford Fiesta R2)
´SS5 was rough in places. Fisher (car 103) had a puncture in there. We have found our own pace and are sticking to it.´

113 Ashley Haigh-Smith/Craig Parry (Ford Fiesta R2)
The crew were seen using their toolkit on the road section after SS1 yesterday. ´Five kilometres into SS1 yesterday the gear lever broke and the co-driver had to change the gears on SS2 and SS3.´
